Open the app at /app. There is no sign-up form, no download and no credit card — a workspace is created for you the moment the page loads, and you can start capturing notes by voice or text straight away.
No. Your notes save immediately without one. Adding your email is optional and does exactly one thing: it makes the same notes reachable from another device. Your existing notes are carried over when you add it — nothing is lost and no new workspace is created.
Yes — free, with no paid tier to upgrade to. There is no trial, no usage meter and no feature held back behind a plan. It is funded as a public service by the Kindness Community Foundation (KCF LLC), Newport Beach, California.
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Brave all work for notes, summaries and search. Live voice capture needs the Web Speech API, which means Chrome or Edge on desktop and Android. File transcription at /transcribe runs a speech model locally and works in any browser with WebAssembly, including Safari.
There is no app-store download. The site is built to work on a phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen from your browser's share menu if you want it to open like an app.
How dictation works, and where your audio goes.
Tap the mic button on the Home tab and speak. Your browser converts speech to text using the Web Speech API built into it. Only the resulting text is saved — there is no audio file to store, upload or delete.
The language picker beside the mic covers English, Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese, among others. Set it before you start speaking: recognition accuracy drops sharply if the selected language does not match what is being said.
No. Speech is converted to text as you speak and the audio is discarded. Nothing is written to disk and no audio leaves your device.
Yes, at /transcribe. Drop in an audio or video file and it is transcribed on your own machine — the file is never uploaded, so there is no size limit imposed by a server and no third party receives the recording. That is what makes it usable for conversations you are not permitted to send to an external service.
Yes. The mic works the same way on a phone, which is the fastest way to capture a recap in the two minutes after a meeting ends — while you still remember what was actually agreed.
Finding something you wrote down weeks ago.
It matches meaning rather than exact words. Searching "budget concerns" surfaces notes that say "spending", "costs" or "financial risk" without those words being typed. This matters because you almost never remember the phrasing you used — you remember the topic.
As you type, it quietly checks your earlier notes and surfaces related ones. No tagging, no manual linking and no folder structure to maintain — the connection is found when it is useful rather than filed in advance.
Yes. Your notes are not shared, not sold and not used to train AI models. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is stored and why.
Any meeting brief can be exported as a PDF from the meeting view. Notes can be deleted individually, and deletion removes the note rather than hiding it.
Turning a wall of notes into decisions and owners.
Each meeting has six tabs: Summary in six styles, Action Items extracted with owners and deadlines, Memory covering recurring topics and unresolved threads, Catch Me Up for a pre-meeting briefing, and Timeline for the history across meetings.
It connects a meeting to the ones before it — what keeps coming up, what was never resolved, what changed since last time and which commitments are still open. Most notes systems treat every meeting as a fresh page, which is why the same unresolved question resurfaces for months.
Generate a Summary, then click Share link. A clean public page is created and the URL is copied to your clipboard. Whoever you send it to reads it without signing in.
In the Meetings tab, select a meeting and click Focus Mode for a fullscreen view with your agenda, a live timer and the note area — and nothing else on screen.
Yes. Paste a transcript or rough notes into /summary-generator and it returns a structured brief. Nothing is saved and no account is involved, which makes it the quickest way to see the output quality before committing anything.
The assistant that remembers between conversations.
Aria is an AI assistant that keeps context between conversations. She extracts durable facts from what you tell her and uses them later, so you are not re-explaining your team, your projects and your priorities at the start of every session.
Weekly Digest in Aria's sidebar produces a summary of your recent conversations — unresolved topics, decisions made and action items still open.
After a conversation she stores durable facts such as goals, preferences, people and decisions. Every memory is visible at /aria/memory and can be deleted individually, so the memory is something you can inspect and correct rather than a black box.
Yes — the mic icon in the chat input transcribes what you say into the message box, which you can edit before sending.
